1. General Service Agreement

By requesting, scheduling, approving, or receiving services from SpinBin Exterior Cleaning, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined within this agreement. These terms apply to all residential and commercial exterior cleaning services provided by SpinBin Exterior Cleaning, including but not limited to pressure washing, driveway cleaning, patio cleaning, sidewalk cleaning, trash can cleaning, soft washing, exterior rinsing, surface cleaning, degreasing, and related services.

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to refuse, cancel, reschedule, or discontinue service at any time if conditions are determined to be unsafe, inaccessible, hazardous, inappropriate for cleaning, or outside the scope of the originally agreed-upon service.

By agreeing to these terms, the customer confirms that they are either the legal property owner or have authorization from the property owner to approve exterior cleaning services on the property.

2. Results Disclaimer

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning strives to provide high-quality exterior cleaning services and achieve the best results reasonably possible based on the condition of the property, surface materials, age of surfaces, level of staining, environmental conditions, and existing damage.

However, the customer understands and acknowledges that not all stains, discoloration, marks, odors, mold, mildew, algae, grease, oil stains, rust stains, oxidation, paint marks, tire marks, deep-set buildup, or surface imperfections can be completely removed.

Certain stains and discoloration may be permanent due to:
- Age of the surface
- Long-term neglect
- Chemical exposure
- Sun fading
- Oxidation
- Rust penetration
- Oil saturation
- Organic staining
- Previous damage
- Surface deterioration
- Improper prior maintenance

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning does not guarantee complete stain removal or restoration of surfaces to “brand new” condition. The final appearance of cleaned surfaces may vary depending on the existing condition of the material.
The customer understands that some surfaces may clean unevenly due to age differences, prior repairs, weather exposure, or previous staining. SpinBin Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for natural variations in appearance that become more visible after cleaning.

3. Pre-Existing Surface Conditions

The customer acknowledges that exterior cleaning may expose pre-existing damage, wear, oxidation, cracks, deterioration, discoloration, loose materials, or hidden defects that were not previously visible due to dirt, grime, algae, mold, or buildup.

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for damages or conditions caused by:
- Existing cracks in concrete
- Loose or damaged pavers
- Chipped paintPeeling paint
- Weak mortar
- Oxidized siding
- Failing caulking
- Brittle surfaces
- Loose trim
- Existing water intrusion
- Improper construction
- Poor drainage
- Surface aging
- Previous repairs
- Sun damage
- Existing stains or discoloration
- Loose decals or stickers
- Damaged trash cans
- Weak plastics
- Brittle lids or wheels

The customer understands that cleaning can reveal differences between cleaned and uncleaned surfaces, including color variations caused by weathering, fading, oxidation, or prior staining.
SpinBin Exterior Cleaning is not liable for normal wear and tear becoming more visible after the removal of dirt or buildup.

4. Pressure Washing & surface cleaning risks

The customer understands that pressure washing uses pressurized water and cleaning agents to remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, stains, grease, and buildup from exterior surfaces.

Although SpinBin Exterior Cleaning uses professional techniques and exercises reasonable care during service, certain risks are inherent to exterior cleaning services.

These risks may include:
- Surface etching
- Exposure of existing damage
- Paint peeling
- Water intrusion through damaged seals
- Removal of loose debris or coatings
- Surface inconsistencies becoming more visible
- Concrete striping on heavily weathered surfaces
- Oxidation exposure
- Lifting of failing finishes
- Water runoff staining

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to modify cleaning methods, pressure levels, chemical usage, or service procedures if conditions are determined to require adjustments for safety or surface protection.
The customer acknowledges that highly delicate, aged, improperly maintained, damaged, or poorly installed surfaces may carry additional risk during cleaning.

5. Trash Can Cleaning Disclaimer

Trash can cleaning services are intended to sanitize, deodorize, rinse, and improve the overall cleanliness and appearance of residential and commercial trash cans.

The customer acknowledges that:
- Some odors may persist depending on prior contamination
- Permanent staining may remain
- Deep chemical or oil absorption may not be removable
- Cracked or damaged bins may worsen during handling or cleaning
- Existing wheel, lid, or hinge issues may become more noticeable

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for:
- Existing structural weaknesses
- Brittle plastic failure
- Cracked wheels
- Broken hinges
- Sun-damaged bins
- Previously damaged containers
- Manufacturer defects

Customers are responsible for ensuring that bins are emptied before scheduled service unless otherwise agreed.

If bins contain excessive waste, hazardous materials, chemicals, sharp objects, biological waste, or prohibited substances, SpinBin Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service.

6. Chemical Usage & Environmental Practices

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning may use cleaning agents, degreasers, soaps, detergents, disinfectants, and other cleaning solutions during service.
We strive to use cleaning methods responsibly and minimize environmental impact whenever reasonably possible.

However, the customer acknowledges that exterior cleaning may involve:
- Temporary runoff
- Water pooling
- Dirt displacement
- Surface residue removal
- Temporary odor changes
- Chemical treatment areas

The customer agrees to notify SpinBin Exterior Cleaning before service if the property contains:
- Sensitive landscaping
- Delicate surfaces
- Fresh paint
- Specialty coatings
- Pets in treatment areas
- Fish ponds
- Irrigation concerns
- Known drainage issues

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by:
- Improperly maintained landscaping
- Existing drainage problems
- Previously weakened vegetation
- Undisclosed sensitive materials
- Failure to disclose special conditions

7. Water usage & utilities

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to a functioning exterior water source unless alternative arrangements have been approved beforehand.

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for:
- Insufficient water pressure
- Water shutoffs
- Water source malfunctions
- Plumbing issues
- Burst hoses or fittings unrelated to our equipment
- Property plumbing failures

The customer acknowledges that exterior cleaning services may involve moderate water usage during operation.
If water access is unavailable or insufficient upon arrival, SpinBin Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule or cancel service.

8. Property Access & Preparation

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the work area is reasonably accessible and prepared before service begins.

The customer agrees to:
- Remove obstacles from service areas
- Secure petsClose windows and doors
- Move fragile items if necessary
- Provide gate codes or access instructions beforehand
- Ensure vehicles are moved if required
- Keep children and pets away from work areas during service

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for delays or incomplete service caused by inaccessible work areas, locked gates, blocked surfaces, unsafe conditions, or failure to provide access.
If excessive preparation, moving, or cleanup outside the agreed scope is required, additional charges may apply.

9. Scheduling, Arrival Times & Weather

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled timeframe; however, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, prior jobs, equipment issues, emergencies, or unforeseen scheduling changes.

The customer acknowledges that exterior cleaning services are heavily weather-dependent.

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, shortened, or canceled due to:
- RainWind
- Unsafe temperatures
- Storm conditions
- Hazardous conditions
- Equipment failure

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services when conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for quality results.

10. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning accepts approved payment methods including but not limited to:
- CashCredit/debit cards
- ZelleVenmo
- Cash
- Apple Pay
- Invoice payment

Late payments may result in:
- Additional fees
- Refusal of future service
- Collection actions if necessary

The customer agrees to pay the full approved service amount for completed work.Any pricing provided before service may be adjusted if:
- Scope of work changes
- Conditions differ from expectations
- Additional services are requested
- Square footage or workload significantly exceeds original estimates

11. Estimates & Pricing Disclaimer

All estimates provided by SpinBin Exterior Cleaning are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of quoting.

Final pricing may change if:
- Additional cleaning is required
- Conditions are worse than expected
- Additional surfaces are added
- Accessibility issues increase labor time
- The scope of work changes

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning will communicate any major pricing adjustments before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

12. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Repeated cancellations, last-minute cancellations, inaccessible properties, or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in cases involving significant time loss, travel, preparation, or reserved scheduling blocks.

13. Satisfaction Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to SpinBin Exterior Cleaning.

If the customer is dissatisfied with completed work, they must notify SpinBin Exterior Cleaning within 24 hours of service completion.

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning may, at its discretion:
- Revisit the property
- Re-clean specific areas
- Address reasonable concerns
- Evaluate the issue further

The customer understands that dissatisfaction based solely on permanent staining, pre-existing conditions, unrealistic expectations, or naturally aged surfaces does not constitute service failure.

14. Photography & Marketing Use

SpinBin Exterior Cleaning may take before-and-after photos of serviced areas for documentation, quality assurance, training, social media, advertising, website content, and marketing purposes.

Photos will focus on cleaned surfaces and service results.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying personal information such as house numbers, license plates, or identifiable private details whenever possible.

By agreeing to service, the customer grants SpinBin Exterior Cleaning permission to use non-sensitive service-related photos for business and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before service begins.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpinBin Exterior Cleaning shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Incidental damages
- Loss of use
- Loss of property value
- Business interruption
- Pre-existing conditions
- Hidden defectsWeather-related conditions
- Drainage issues
- Surface deterioration
- Material failure

The customer agrees that SpinBin Exterior Cleaning’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

16. Agreement Acknowledgment

By scheduling, approving, or receiving service from SpinBin Exterior Cleaning, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

The customer further acknowledges that exterior cleaning carries inherent risks and that reasonable expectations regarding cleaning outcomes have been communicated.
